Local governments and utilities offer various incentives for sustainability measures, but tracking them across a large commercial footprint is challenging. Additionally, qualifying, optimizing, and implementing impactful projects requires significant effort.

We assist customers at every stage to leverage these opportunities, implement optimal projects, and demonstrate tangible ROI for their sustainability measures. Our Success Fee model ensures we are only paid if our customers are paid, aligning our interests with theirs.

  • Review drawings and provide feedback on energy-consuming and energy-producing equipment

  • Verify general eligibility for available incentive opportunities

  • Assess opportunity cost of disqualifying factors against costs of remediation

  • Advise on timing, spec, and other factors in order to maximize returns to help offset costs
